Basic training in team building abounds, however, few programs are available for experienced teams who want to learn about advanced theories and techniques that will truly strengthen and sustain their performance.
Truthfully, we stop doing trust falls, ropes courses and entertaining people back in the late 90’s. We understood quickly that people wanted more in-depth, intimate and impactful interventions that truly advanced their team dynamics, trust and the ability for the team to perform at a higher level. We still invest in making sure this program is meaningful, fun and highly engaging – but we want to ensure people are safe, people are respected and that we get results you came for. In doing so, people will learn more about themselves, their leadership styles and how you interact and work with others while strengthening the support systems which allow high performance teams to flourish.
