Resilient Leadership Modules

Put Out the Fire and Get on Track!

In the changing world businesses and organizations still need to function, leadership roles really kick in and people need to behave constructively despite what’s going on around them. In the midst of COVID-19, we invite you into a special sequence of leadership, culture change and business development modules with our lead Frank Gallant and Brian Bedford. They look to engage with you about what leaders are doing to get their mindset in the right place, explore new and emerging futures and how to best get prepared to adapting their business plans and strategies in this changing world.

Now more than ever, constructive thinking will help us and others deal with a very new and fast-moving situation (and we can see from some of the situations around us how defensive and insecure thinking and behaviour can take hold). We want to help you to help others in these potentially stressful times and do the best for your business and community.

When it comes right down to it, crisis management is the ultimate test of leadership. Are you prepared for the challenges to come? Do you have the people in place to help you manage the crisis? Are you prepared to make decisions quickly and assertively?

We want to reassure you that we are here to support you and members of your community to be at full capacity - with your projects, your adapted business plans and your own development. We are committed to helping you make things happen.

We hope you can join us.
